Dr. Mitchell founded Lice Institute of America in 2005 after recognizing the need for standardized, professional training in lice treatment. With over 20 years of experience in dermatology and parasitology, she has treated thousands of patients and trained hundreds of practitioners. She received her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed her dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School.

Michael brings 18 years of experience in healthcare education to his role as Director of Education. Before joining Lice Institute of America, he taught at the University of California and developed curriculum for several medical training programs. His expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design has been instrumental in creating our comprehensive certification program.

Jennifer oversees all clinical training and operations at Lice Institute of America. With 15 years of hands-on experience in lice treatment, she has personally treated over 10,000 cases and mentored hundreds of new practitioners. Her practical expertise and compassionate approach make her an invaluable resource for students in our certification program.

Dr. Thompson leads our research initiatives and ensures our training programs reflect the latest scientific evidence. His background in entomology and parasitology, combined with his research experience at the CDC, brings scientific rigor to our educational materials and treatment protocols.

Amanda leads our franchise development program, helping entrepreneurs launch successful lice treatment clinics. With over 20 years of experience in franchise development and small business consulting, she has helped establish clinics in 35 states and provides ongoing support to franchise owners.

David oversees our digital learning platforms and develops innovative tools to enhance both student and patient experiences. His background in healthcare technology and product development has been crucial in creating our online training portal and clinic management systems.
